home about registry nominate book contact us   This is New Orleans history and culture through place – less from the 'Andrew Jackson slept here' style and more 'this is the last mom and pop store in our neighborhood' style. We invite you to join our movement to document and advocate for the overlooked and threatened landmarks of New Orleans by nominating a place that is important to your community or the city at-large – where you have union meetings, where you have been led by a second line parade, or where you can get the best gumbo. Through written narratives, interviews, photographs, and architectural drawings, Cornerstones will document the intersection of places and people that make New Orleans great. cornerstones news
